Outstanding Shooter Trophy Awards
Big Sky Basketball Shoot Out

Jason was a fan of the game of basketball. He played for fun and with family and friends. Though
he never played any structured basketball, his love for the game as a fan was impeccable.

For 9 years, he watched me play game after game after game and practice. Early in his life,
he was quick to recognize the importance of each player's contribution to the game. Jason
hoped to be a Sport's writer and cover the game of Basketball some day. He was a Junior
Journalism Major at the University of Oklahoma when his life ended tragically.

The Jason Henry Wittrock Outstanding Shooting Trophy Award is proudly presented, in his
honor, on behalf of all of the fans of the game. He would be proud of this tribute on his behalf
to the game of basketball, the greatest indoor sport ever played. Whether you play, aspire to
play, or dream of playing some day, this game would not be the same without the FANS."
