Little Guy Wrestling: Jack Riekena State Runner-Up!
Jack Riekena wins 2nd place at the 2007 State Tournament in Montana.
Jack Riekena Wins Novice Northey/Novack Novice Award 2007
Little Guy Wrestling State Tourney Results - Ronan, Montana Jack places 2nd at State for a back to back 2nd place appearance. Jack's first two matches were pins for the win.
His last match, he wrestled a more experienced wrestler and got beat by one point. He had a good season.
Jason lost his first match by a last second controversial escape point was awarded. He won his next match and then
lost in his next match by one point. He was in a tough weight bracket of 16 kids and the top 4 finishers from area were
all beaten in late rounds.
To tell you how the day went, there were three wrestlers who had their collar bone broken. The Ronan gym was a much
better place to wrestle than the gym in Darby for all who attended. A couple of our favorite wrestlers had some good
matches.

Missoula Wrestling Club placed 2nd at Regionals in Darby, Montana
Jack wins 2nd place in the Regional Tournament in Darby, Montana. Jack is the dominator on the mat when he remains focused.
Jason places 4th at the Regional Tournament in Darby, Montana. Jason continues to dominate with his strategic moves.
Inter Valley Tournament - Florence, Montana
Jason takes 3rd place in a tough weight division.
Jack takes 1st place in a tough weight division.
Jason & Jack will be wrestling in Darby, Montana this week. Jake and Julia's season is over with.
Wrestling Update on all Kids: Jason has won quite a few matches this year, he is in a tough weight group. He can outsmart his opponents which can be the
difference in most matches and manuevers very well on the mat.
Jack is a natural wrestler as long as he stays focused on his top moves. Jack will be wrestling at State this week. He is 5-0 in
the playoff competition. Jack needs to bring his "A" game to Darby.
Jake got beat handily this last week, wrestled under a minute all day long. His season is over with and we can hope that next
year will be a better one.
Julia is undefeated against wrestling the boys. She lost this past weekend to one of her wrestlerettes and then had a tough
5th round losing after hitting her head against the hard wood. She had a good season and next year will be a "Top Contender".

This weekend, the kids will wrestle in Bozeman, Montana for more experience.
